Our review of the Salary Survey from the City is in full swing during negotiations.  This is BMA’s time to review the benchmark positions and negotiate any adjustments.  BMA members should have been contacted by one of the Board members and given a copy of the Salary Survey and directions on how to review salaries.  If you have not had a chance to look at the Salary Survey, make sure to contact one of the Board members.
